I specialise in supporting Directors stepping into VP-level roles across APAC. The transition brings increased visibility, broader accountability, and higher-stakes decision-making. I help leaders establish credibility quickly, align stakeholders effectively, and lead with clarity at this new level.

My coaching is direct and grounded in the realities of enterprise leadership. I work with the subtle patterns that quietly undermine credibility at this level: over-explaining, holding onto operational detail, softening direction to preserve harmony, or seeking approval from former peers.

Small behaviours carry more weight as responsibility grows. Drawing on neuroscience-based frameworks from my training with the NeuroLeadership Institute, I help leaders understand not just what to change but why certain patterns emerge under pressure. That insight makes the shifts more lasting.

Having lived and worked in Japan for over thirty years, I bring cross-cultural experience that goes beyond frameworks. At senior levels, how you land matters — whether in Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, or a global headquarters expecting APAC to perform and report.

I am completing my PCC certification with the ICF and am certified in Hogan assessments. My advanced training in leadership team coaching informs a systemic perspective when transitions affect the wider team.
